Largely responsible for Boeing 747. 2/27/2002: Thanks! Unfortunately, she would have graduated just before I showed up the summer of '42. I was at QHS summer '42 until summer of '43 (summer school). I was only 15 (nobody knew) just finishing my junior year when I was graduated early (on my 16th birthday) and entered Va. Tech for one year and then into the service. For reasons I do not remember, several of us were town students in the public school system. I think that there was simply no space available. Thank you anyway. Notes:	7/28/2005: After graduation at QHS, our family like many Marine families moved away. We went to Parris Island, SC. I went with them until that fall then moved to Lexington, KY where I attended the University for four years, graduating in 1968. Wow that was so long ago. I ended up back in the Washington, DC area after graduation from UK and stayed there until 1977 when I moved to Portland, OR. I really like the Pacific Northwest, and have been here in Portland ever since. I am not married and have no kids. I work for Metro, a regional government which is involved in urban planning, things like urban growth, transportation, parks, wast management, etc. I work in the contracting/purchasing administation area.
